RENTAL DETAILS

Flower Wall Size
8 ft. W × 8 ft. H

Our flower walls are handmade with hundreds of individual faux florals, creating a full, dimensional backdrop that looks beautiful in person and photographs beautifully from every angle.

Rental Period
Your rental is available for the duration of your event. Delivery and pickup times are coordinated based on your event date and venue.

Setup & Breakdown
We handle the setup and breakdown of your rental so you don't have to. Please allow approximately 45-60 minutes for setup.

DELIVERY & SETUP

Taylored Occasions proudly serves Phoenix(Ahwatukee) and surrounding areas. 

Delivery, setup, and pickup are available for an additional fee based on location. Within 20 miles is no charge. 

Your rental will be delivered and professionally set up in the designated area before your event. After your celebration, we'll return to carefully break down and remove the rental.

Please note: A clear, accessible space must be available for setup at the scheduled delivery time.

Final pricing is based on your event date, location, rental selection, and any additional enhancements.

03 — RESERVE YOUR DATE

Once your contract is signed and your retainer is received, your date is officially reserved.

04 — CELEBRATE

We'll take care of delivery, setup, and breakdown so you can enjoy your special day.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Indoor & Outdoor Events
Our flower walls can be used indoors or outdoors. Outdoor setups are subject to weather conditions and require a suitable, level setup area. Our walls cannot be in full sun. 

Venue Access
Please make sure the venue allows sufficient time for delivery and setup. We recommend confirming any venue requirements or restrictions before booking.

Space Requirements
Our standard flower wall measures 8 ft. × 8 ft. Please make sure there is enough room for the wall and our setup equipment.

Booking Ahead
Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for popular weekends and wedding season.

Placement

Please carefully consider where you'd like your flower wall positioned before setup. Once the flower wall has been installed, it cannot be moved or repositioned. Our team will work with you to place the wall in the desired location before completing setup.
